We are delighted to announce that our school has been selected to receive a Mathical Book Prize Collection Development Award to expand our library’s collection of literary fiction and nonfiction books to encourage kids to discover a love of mathematics. Our school is one of 25 libraries in K–12 Title I schools nationwide to be presented with this $700 grant to purchase award-winning titles from the Mathical Book Prize list. We’re excited to share these books with our students in the coming year!


The grant is awarded by the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute in partnership with School Library Journal. The Mathical Book Prize Collection Development Awards are made possible with generous funding from the Patrick J. McGovern Foundation.
