Special Education Aides

Cool Program Director
The Farrell Area School District and the Sharon City School District are accepting application for an After School Program Director for the 21st Century Community Learning Center (COOL Program). A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Education. Will work 40 hours a week. The Director will be responsible for project staff, academic programming, staff trainings, fiscal management, evaluations, submitting mandatory reports, monitoring of attendance in program and providing annual reports. Excellent communication, computer and time management skills are a must. Requirements for position: Current Act 34, 114, & 151 clearances (must be less than 1 year old), Act 126 Child Abuse Training certificate, Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/ Abuse Disclosure Form(s) and Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form. Elementary and High School Casual Substitute Teachers
The Farrell Area School District has immediate openings for Elementary and High School Casual Substitute Teachers. Secondary applicants must be PA certified in any Secondary Subject, Elementary certification is required for the Elementary opening. The district offers 186 day employment at $180 per day, plus healthcare and retirement. Head Varsity Swim Coach
The Farrell Area School District is accepting applications for the position of Head Varsity Swim Coach for individuals with the following qualifications: Head Coaching experience preferred, Must be able to meet all PIAA coaching requirements, Must Have working knowledge in coaching and teaching swimming, Must Pass a background check
