February 21, 2023 - The Farrell Area School District was honored to host Pennsylvania’s historic, first African American Lieutenant Governor, Lt. Governor Austin Davis.  This is black history month, and the third graders at Farrell Area Elementary School had the opportunity to interact with one of the Commonwealth’s most prestigious Black History makers.
